Pulga Muchochoma

PULGA MUCHOCHOMA is a proud graduate of the School of Toronto Dance Theatre. He is now part of the Company for Toronto Dance Theatre. He is from Quelimane, Mozambique and is also a member of the Companhia e Cante e Danca Montes Namuli. With Montes Namuli (Mozambique) Pulga has performed in several shows including Medida Por Medida, A Tempestande and Sonho Nocturno – Dream at Night, shows co-created with Shakespeare Link Canada. In August 2006 Pulga traveled with Montes Namuli to Toronto and performed at the International AIDS Conference and other venues around Ontario.
Pulga is bi-lingual speaking both Portuguese and English. In Toronto he has performed at Nuit Blanche and with Ballet Creole. He has taught Mozambican dance at Innovative Rhythm and happily volunteers for NEPA.
